How do I request a quotation?

Send a message via the contact page with a brief description of your project, the room involved and any reference photos or measurements you have. We will reply with the next steps — usually a short clarification call or an on-site visit, depending on the scope.

Do you visit properties before larger projects?

Yes. Any project beyond a basic shelving install — including media walls, built-in storage and full joinery briefs — begins with a property visit so dimensions, access, electrics, fixings and finishes can all be assessed properly before a quotation is confirmed.

What areas do you serve?

Oakridge Builds operates across the United Kingdom on a project-by-project basis. Travel and access are reviewed during the quotation stage and confirmed before booking.

Are materials included?

Material costs are itemised within your quotation. For most packages, standard materials are included; premium or specialist material choices (e.g. specific timber species, veneers, hardware) are quoted as a clear line item so there are no surprises.

How are projects scheduled?

Once the quotation is accepted, an installation date is agreed. Lead times depend on workshop schedule and the scope of work, and are confirmed in writing before booking.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Smaller packages are paid in full at booking. Larger projects are typically split into a deposit and a balance due on project completion, agreed in writing in advance.

Do you offer recurring services?

No. All work is one-time residential project work. Oakridge Builds does not operate subscriptions, retainers, memberships or ongoing service contracts of any kind.
